Tax Organizer

Prior to your consulting appointment, we request that you download and print out our free Tax Organizer.

The Organizer notifies you which records and information we'll need to initiate your tax work. As part of our service of convenience, we store an electronic history of your financial information, providing tax history continuity to simplify the process in future years. Each year we will send you an updated version of the Organizer with information from the previous year. You may complete the Organizer pages before your appointment or bring them with you and we will be pleased to assist. Even if you cannot complete all of the tasks, please use it as a guide to the relevant information we'll need to serve you best.

In addition to the basic Tax Organizer, you will find additional forms to use if you own your own business or if you have income and/or expenses from rental property or a farm or ranch.
